HR Coordinator A large international trading company are looking for an HR Co-ordinator to work in their Human Resources Department. They are looking for someone who can provide all round HR support, in particular to their expatriate employees. Duties and Responsibilities: -Helping with on boarding and induction for incoming expatriate employees -Helping to facilitate the smooth departure of expatriates -Liaising with the Japanese Head Office and other European offices to ensure smooth mobility of expatriate affairs -Processing of invoices via SAP -Ensure accurate inputting of payroll data -Provide administrative support with visa administration and training programmes Skills and experience: -Fluent in Japanese and English -Excellent general administration skills -Strong excel skills -Ability to work in a team -Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks -Experience with Sage and Human Resource Information Systems beneficial -Positive and organised with a "can do" attitude This is an exciting permanent opportunity beginning immediately. The company sells both summative and formative assessment software for reading, maths and early learning to primary and secondary schools. The Business Development Manager is responsible for the development of the Japanese market to generate new business from existing and non-existing customer database to ensure the growth of the company's products across international schools worldwide.
