  • Italian speaking Personal Assistant A well-known pharmaceutical company are looking for a personal assistant to provide world class administrative support to the Director. You will be collaborating with a team of PA's to ensure the smooth operation of the daily business schedule. You must be able to demonstrate high flexibility and multi-tasking ability in order to deliver all needs as quickly and accurately as possible as well as treating all information in a confidential manner, operating with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Occasional international travel required. Key responsibilities: *Monitoring the Directors mailbox, responding on their behalf when approved to do so as well as translating emails in Italian/English/French and diary management *Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the directors preparation for meetings, presentations or other commitments *Organise complex calendar, travel, and meetings for the Director, regularly taking into account last minutes changes and handling these changes in a calm and efficient manner *Manage the Director's time as effectively as possible *Be able to handle tight deadlines in and prioritise conflicting needs to see through projects to successful completion *Prepare and send business and private correspondence in Italian, English or French *Update and maintain a highly accurate contact list and database *Work closely and in a collaborative way with the PA's of other Senior Directors and function as a gatekeeper and point of contact for Director's direct reports. Skills and Experience: *Educated to degree level *Extensive experience supporting a Senior Director, Chairman or CEO of a global, multinational organisation *Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and their PA's *Experience of organising complex travel itineraries and meetings *Ability to work to deadlines in a highly demanding environment *Experience of working in global and multi-national organisations *Discrete, reserved and able to handle business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence *Effective problem-solving ability *Excellent time management skills *Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
