Our client , a renowned innovator in healthcare technologies that enable women to live healthier lives every day is currently looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn Support Chain Project Analyst to join their operations at their Belgian HQ based near Brussels. This is an excellent opportunity to provide data analytics to support our client's supply chain function , taking a leading support role and engaging with senior stakeholders in the company whilst providing vital performance data analysis using technologies such as QlikView, QlikSense, Power BI, Oracle and Orbit. You'll also hone your project management skills and have opportunities to take on new responsibilities and develop you career for the long-term in a close-knit but international team and company environment. In this role your responsibilities would include : Supply Chain Data Analysis *Edit , schedule and manage custom Orbit reports for various stakeholders within the international supply chain function. *Manage QlikView and Qliksense dashboards allowing teams to extract key supply chain performance data. *Work closely with different managers and senior to leadership to produce weekly and monthly key performance indicators to drive continuous business improvement. *Assist teams on ad-hoc projects according to their priorities relating to Supply Chain Data i.e KPIs, invoicing etc.. *Driving root cause analysis and improvement plans. Project Management *Manage by yourself ( after full training) small and medium sized Supply Chain projects. *Assist and support complex key projects within the business by managing timelines and priorities. *Develop yourself along the way as an experienced Project Manager, with recognition for your achievements within a small specialist team part of a wider international department and company. How can I meet the requirements for this position ? *Experience working with Oracle and Power BI ( academic, work or internships experience is fine) *Experience using business analytics tools, especially with Excel is required, experience using other reporting tools is an advantage ( Qliksense and Orbit) *At least one part-time work or internship experience using the above tools is preferred. *Experience working with diverse stakeholders in one of the above experiences , using excellent communications skills in English ( Dutch/Flemish/French language skills are beneficial) *Able to deliver at pace, effectively problem solving and logical processes and systems analysis. *Experience in supply chain is not required but would be beneficial. Any experience in the Medical or Medical technologies sector would be an advantage but it's not essential. You will be taught more about these sectors if you're successful !
