  • Our client is an international laboratory offering a wide range of professional and cosmeceutical products in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Following a huge re-branding campaign, they are looking for a Print & Packaging Coordinator to manage all aspects of product packaging updates and creation, identify and rectify gaps, and ensure brand consistency across all components within the brand’s product ranges. You will also be required to coordinate printed publications across various marketing and training supports. This is a 1 year CDD. An excellent level of English is required to ensure all written text in print and packaged materials is accurate. Role based on th COTE D'AZUR in Cagnes Sur Mer. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities are: 1.)   Brand alignment Ensure application of brand consistency across all packaging and printed tools Manage an overhaul of the homecare product packaging according to the new brand segmentation and formulation chart, and in accordance with new pack specifications 2.)   Design and production Creation of new product packaging across all formats, in collaboration with the R&D team for new product launches and freelance graphic designer Execution of the design transition to the new professional packs Timely execution and printing of marketing and merchandising tools Guarantee the quality of execution across packs including proofreading Liaise with external print suppliers to ensure efficient collaboration and adherence to brand specifications and supplier requirements Management and production of packaging and tool updates Update all printed marketing and training tools in line with latest changes (regulatory, product launches…) Support the Sales team in the execution of local and legal customization of packaging Be responsible for the validation of all print proofs, ensuring conformity to approved artwork, and in line with production timings and deadlines   Profile required Minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in the printing industry and/or Product Packaging Very strong attention to detail and extremely meticulous Fluency in English; ideally a native speaker with fluent French Excellent written skills Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of InDesign and/or Desktop Publishing would be a plus   Salary:  25-27K€ CDD 1 year Location: Cagnes Sur Mer Please send your CV to m.collins@eurolondon.fr Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
