  • I am currently looking for an office Receptionist for my client based in Abingdon. Full time based role from the office. Your main responsibilities will include: - Answering client queries, helping solve client's issues or redirecting them to the right department - Assisting colleagues with other administrative tasks -Responsible for being the first point of contact within the building for occupiers and visitors. -Meet and greet, along with checking in visitors.. -Following bespoke procedures specific to each occupier. -Thinking ahead to adapt to Occupier or visitor needs/requirements. -Carry out other duties or responsibilities that will be assigned by the Front of House Supervisor or, additional tasks required by the Occupier Services Team. Requirements or Skills: - Experience in a receptionist based role or admin based role ideally. - Good at multitasking -Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude. -A polished personal presentation, with a welcoming attitude and friendly personality. -Strong administration skills.
