As Sales Development Representative you will become an essential part of the sales process. Let us put it this way, without your work the growth plans are not possible, everything starts here! You will be responsible of transforming all the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to real Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) & how to do this? Via inbound as well as outbound calls, you will generate genuine interest about my clients’ solutions while being yourself and using your creativity as well as the tools given. Your job of course does not finish here, engaging those prospects is a very important part of your duties before you pass them over to the next part of the Sales Team/process. Working together with Sales & Marketing team you will achieve this; you will help to improve the Sales process in your Region. As Account Executive Mid-Market, you will support the growth of long-term online education in your region by building up the Mid-Market together with the rest of the sales team, marketing, legal and more so with university partnerships. Sales is your thing! New approach, strategy and decision making is also part of you, this extremely important to be able to close the deals for the Mid-Market. The deals you will be closing and with organisation with up to 5000 employees, you will be part of the Enterprise Solutions team. How are you going to be measured? Monthly, Quarterly, and annually How many deals have you closed? Have you up-sell & cross-sell? Is your forecast achieved? Are you working together successfully with the other teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation) to together improve and increase the business?
