This is the first step in an effort to push the product into EMEA. It is already highly present in the US. If you have a good understanding of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and networks and have a couple of years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer you might be exactly who they're looking for! Responsibilities: -You are the technical go-to person throughout sales cycles. -Provide customised demos, technical training sessions and play a part during implementations for larger accounts. -Work with various stakeholders to solve any client issues. -Occasionally attend trade shows. -Support sales in closing deals with customers. -Support channel partner sales via product demonstrations, training and answering any technical questions they may have. -Design UCC solutions and provide PoC configurations. -Quote hardware and installation services. -Work with account managers to develop territory sales strategies. -Present to CxOs. The Ideal Candidate: -Native or near-native level of English (verbal and written). -A couple of years of presales experience for cloud-based VoIP / Unified Communications / Contact Centre solutions. -Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. -Skilled in delivering high energy technical product presentations and demos. -Demo2Win training is a huge advantage, but not essential. -Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or above is an advantage, but not essential. -Telecommunications experience or degree is an advantage, but not essential. -Any European language is an advantage, but not essential.
