What you'll need: 
- Fluency in English and a high standard of language ability in another European language 
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or within Sales
- A proven sales track record are essential to keep up with our consultants 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
- The tenacity and passion to succeed and surpass high targets 
- Hard-working and ambitious
