Anti-Slavery Policy

Euro London Appointments

At Euro London Appointments, we are committed to upholding human rights, promoting ethical business practices, and opposing any form of slavery or human trafficking. We have developed this Anti-Slavery Policy to outline our commitment to combating modern slavery and to provide guidance to our clients. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with Euro London Appointments.

Policy Statement

Euro London Appointments prohibits any involvement in slavery or human trafficking practices, as defined by the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other applicable laws. We are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains are free from slavery, forced labour, and other exploitative practices.

Compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015

We will comply with all requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and any other relevant laws and regulations pertaining to slavery and human trafficking in the United Kingdom.

Due Diligence in Supply Chains

We will exercise due diligence to assess and address the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. This may include:

  1. Supplier Evaluation: We will assess our suppliers and business partners to ensure that they share our commitment to combating slavery and human trafficking. This evaluation may involve conducting risk assessments, audits, and certifications.

  2. Supplier Code of Conduct: We will request our suppliers and business partners to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly prohibits the use of forced labor, child labor, and any other forms of exploitation. This code will set out our expectations regarding human rights, working conditions, wages, and environmental responsibility.

  3. Training and Awareness: We will provide appropriate training and awareness programs to our employees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure they understand the signs of slavery and human trafficking and know how to report any concerns or suspicions.

Reporting and Investigation

We encourage all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to report any suspicions or concerns related to slavery or human trafficking promptly. We will investigate all reports diligently and take appropriate action, including reporting any illegal activities to the relevant authorities, as required by the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We will regularly review and update our policies, procedures, and due diligence processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other applicable laws.

Communication and Collaboration

We will actively engage and collaborate with industry partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote transparency, share best practices, and collectively address the issue of slavery and human trafficking.

Compliance Oversight

Responsibility for implementing and monitoring this policy rests with Euro London Appointments' senior management. Compliance with this policy will be regularly reviewed and assessed, and any breaches may result in disciplinary action or termination of business relationships.

Euro London Appointments is fully committed to achieving a slavery-free supply chain and working towards eradicating this violation of human rights. We believe that by working together with our clients, we can make a meaningful impact in the fight against modern slavery.
