We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing Lead to drive impactful marketing initiatives across Europe.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll partner with senior leadership, Sales, and Product teams to deliver growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support innovative solutions in a fast-evolving industry.
Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute European marketing strategy
Lead product and brand marketing initiatives across multiple markets
Drive go-to-market and demand generation campaigns
Collaborate with Sales teams to build pipeline and improve conversion
Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies, insights)
Use data and insights to optimise performance and ROI
5+ years’ experience in B2B, product, or commercial marketing
Strong experience in go-to-market strategy and demand generation
Proven ability to partner with Sales teams in complex environments
Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
Strong stakeholder management across international teams
Fluent in English and German (additional European languages a plus)
Experience in automotive, mobility, or tech-enabled sectors is beneficial
