Clinical Administrator – Part Time (20 hours per week)

Fully remote

Immediate start 3‑month temporary contract (minimum)

 

We’re seeking a proactive Clinical Administrator to support a fast growing digital health company. In this role, you’ll help the Clinical Services team run smoothly by managing administration, scheduling, and content, enabling clinicians to focus on care and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop and group bookings, calendars, invites, and logistics, with clear communication around changes.
  • Maintain and update manuals, training resources, and documentation.
  • Record, edit, and distribute training videos and materials.
  • Organise libraries, update website content, and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Draft communications, support leadership with updates, and streamline workflows through automation.
  • Provide live logistical support during sessions and gather participant feedback.

 

About You

  • Previous administrative experience in a medical or mental health setting.
  • Confident, organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable managing documentation and editing content.
  • Familiar with video recording/editing tools, or keen to learn.

 

Working Hours

20 hours per week which can either be as 3 full days or spread across 5 shorter days.

Remote‑first, with availability during core business hours.
