Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? We’re looking for a Consumer Relations Representative to join an international lifestyle and footwear brand on a 5-month fixed-term contract, starting this September.
You’ll play a key role in supporting German-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat — helping them with everything from product information to returns and delivery updates. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a globally recognised brand while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Please note: The role can be office-based (hybrid) in London or fully remote if you're located elsewhere in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering outstanding customer service in German and English
Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Managing returns, exchanges, and order tracking
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Representing the brand with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in German (C2/native) and strong English skills
Previous experience in a customer service or consumer relations role
Comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms
Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Must be based in the UK
