The company conducts Medical Fieldwork and Healthcare Research. Their projects cover a wide range of topics in the healthcare industry including market research, clinical research, patient outcomes, health economics and medical affairs.The German speaking Healthcare Research Expert will need to identify participants for interview in Germany and conduct these interviews appropriately. The participants will likely be German healthcare professionals and patients so they are looking to hire someone who can demonstrate intelligence, empathy and an interest in healthcare topics. Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of professional experience in either market research, journalism or another research based field.Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Recruit German healthcare professionals and patients to participate in research projects.</li><li>Conduct interviews with selected participants.</li><li>Assist with building out the network of respondents and participants in Germany.</li><li>Help with translating of research when needed.</li></ul>

They are looking for a Design Manager to lead the full design process from design coordination to project management and quality assurance of deliverables. Regular communication with clients will be required to ensure the design incorporates their vision and requirements to a satisfactory level.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office. The salary is around &pound;40,000-&pound;60,000 depending on experience. Candidates will ideally have completed higher education in construction management, architecture or civil engineering. If not, they must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of structural calculations and BIM design.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Manage client's expectations and requirements with design solutions.</li><li>Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure all teams are aligned.</li><li>Identify and mitigate design-related risks throughout the process.</li><li>Monitor timelines, budgets and quality standards closely.</li><li>Conduct site visits and design reviews to ensure clients are satisfied.</li></ul>
