We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Strategy Consultant on behalf of one of our clients in London. Specialising in strategy consultancy, they are looking for a French speaking consultant with experience solving complex business problems and using technology and data analysis to drive growth and deliver measurable business impact.&nbsp;Working with global organisations across multiple sectors&mdash;including manufacturing, industrials, pharmaceuticals and elite sports&mdash;you'll play a key role in delivering high-profile strategic transformation projects while developing lasting client relationships.&nbsp;The OpportunityAs a Strategy Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working directly with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems and drive strategic change. This is an ideal role for a fluent French speaker with around 3 years of experience in strategy consulting preferably at a leading firm. This is a hybrid role with a salary of around &pound;60,000-&pound;65,000 depending on experience.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Leading project delivery from analysis through to implementation.</li><li>Managing and mentoring project teams of up to three consultants.</li><li>Conducting structured analysis and research to develop evidence-based recommendations.</li><li>Building trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.</li><li>Facilitating workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to leadership teams.</li><li>Managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li><li>Contributing to the ongoing development of the firm's consulting methodologies, technology and AI-enabled solutions.</li></ul>
&nbsp;About You:<ul>
<li>Fluency in both English and French (essential).</li><li>3+ years' experience within a top-tier strategy consultancy or an in-house strategy function.</li><li>A Master's degree from a leading university (MBA or additional postgraduate qualifications are advantageous).</li><li>A strong track record of delivering high-quality strategic work and influencing senior stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills.</li><li>Experience leading project teams and developing junior colleagues.</li><li>An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in innovation, Lean methodologies, MVPs and experimentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally as projects require.</li></ul>
