<li>Be the main point of contact for clients via phone and email &mdash; offering quotes, guidance, and top-tier support.</li><li>Build strong relationships and help customers make the most of innovative software solutions.</li><li>Manage records and processes in&nbsp;Salesforce, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to invoice.</li><li>Validate purchase orders and coordinate with clients to complete missing details.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Orders, Accounting, Sales &amp; Marketing).</li><li>Support contract renewals, bids, and tenders.</li><li>Stay up to date on new products so you can provide confident and accurate information.</li></ul>
&nbsp; What You Bring<ul>
<li>Fluency in&nbsp;Portuguese, English, and French&nbsp;&mdash; all three are required.</li><li>Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.</li><li>Strong MS Office skills;&nbsp;Salesforce experience is a big advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven.</li><li>Occasional travel flexibility.</li></ul>
