Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing advice and quotes across a diverse software portfolio.</li><li data-start="852" data-end="944">
Deliver a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with clients.</li><li data-start="945" data-end="1049">
Accurately input customer data into Salesforce and maintain records relating to sales and invoicing.</li><li data-start="1050" data-end="1138">
Check purchase order accuracy and liaise with clients to obtain missing information.</li><li data-start="1139" data-end="1215">
Work closely with Orders and Accounts Teams to complete sales processes.</li><li data-start="1216" data-end="1294">
Support the management of customer maintenance support agreement renewals.</li><li data-start="1295" data-end="1404">
Assist with tender preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with customer and regional regulations.</li><li data-start="1405" data-end="1522">
Collaborate with the Sales &amp; Marketing Manager (Portugal &amp; Brazil) to share feedback and align on business goals.</li><li data-start="1523" data-end="1623">
Stay up-to-date with new products and features, maintaining accurate knowledge of sales targets.</li><li data-start="1624" data-end="1710">
Contribute to the growth and success of the business by adding value across teams.</li></ul>

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and either Spanish or French (mandatory).</li><li data-start="1816" data-end="1876">
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li data-start="1877" data-end="1934">
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li data-start="1935" data-end="1992">
Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.</li><li data-start="1993" data-end="2062">
Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience highly desirable.</li><li data-start="2063" data-end="2138">
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li><li data-start="2139" data-end="2202">
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.</li><li data-start="2203" data-end="2300">
