Our client is seeking a motivated&nbsp;Customer Support &amp; Sales Coordinator&nbsp;to join their growing Lisbon office and play a key role in supporting business operations across France and beyond.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing advice and quotes across a diverse software portfolio.</li><li>Deliver a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Accurately input customer data into Salesforce and maintain records relating to sales and invoicing.</li><li>Check purchase order accuracy and liaise with clients to obtain missing information.</li><li>Work closely with Orders and Accounts Teams to complete sales processes.</li><li>Support the management of customer maintenance support agreement renewals.</li><li>Assist with tender preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with customer and regional regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to share feedback and align on business goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with new products and features, maintaining accurate knowledge of sales targets.</li><li>Contribute to the growth and success of the business by adding value across teams.</li></ul>
&nbsp;Requirements<ul>
<li>Fluent in Portuguese, English, and French&nbsp;(mandatory).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.</li><li>Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.</li></ul>
