<li>Experience in shaping commercial event strategies and producing complex event programmes</li><li>A track record of securing executive speakers and innovating annual events to keep them fresh and engaging</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience in international connectivity or digital infrastructure, with knowledge of or exposure to African and/or Asian markets being a plus</li><li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and a knack for developing compelling marketing messages</li></ul>

<li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent (preferably a business discipline)</li><li>Previous successful sales / business development experience is a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of business concepts and the current business environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to create and deliver convincing pitches</li><li>Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in highly flexible, rapidly changing work environment</li><li>native-level German and fluent English language skills.</li></ul>
