A growing organisation is seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Assistant to support a busy finance team on a 3‑month temporary assignment. This role is remote&nbsp;(3 days weekly fully remote, with occasional ftf meetings) and ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced work and is confident with financial admin.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process and upload purchase and freelance invoices.</li><li>Match timesheets with invoices and enter data into accounting systems.</li><li>Handle expense claims and credit/debit card reconciliations.</li><li>Set up approved supplier payments.</li><li>Ensure accurate coding and maintain organised financial records.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial analysis.</li><li>Provide general admin support across finance, operations and HR when needed.</li></ul>
<h3>What You&rsquo;ll Need</h3>

<li>A degree or equivalent experience in an IT‑related discipline</li><li>Demonstrable experience troubleshooting servers and networking in a professional environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including server environments, networking, and business applications</li><li>Good understanding of IT security, hardware safety, and data protection principles</li><li>Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in an international business setting</li><li>Business‑level fluency in&nbsp;English&nbsp;(written and spoken) is a must;&nbsp;Mandarin Chinese or Swedish or Dutch&nbsp;language skills are a plus</li><li>Experience in engineering, industrial, or operational settings is highly beneficial</li><li></li></ul>
