This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a broad role covering all aspects of HR and recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration</li><li>Managing recruitment activities from sourcing to selection</li><li>Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries</li><li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation</li><li>Contributing to HR projects and process improvements</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>Fluency in Bulgarian (spoken and written) is essential</li><li>Previous experience in HR and recruitment</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li></ul>
