Junior Underwriter - Malta

Facilities Coordinator &ndash; Province of Parma (Italy) (English required &ndash; some weekend availability needed)Euro London Appointments is bringing an exciting opportunity for you to join a renowned international retail destination in the Province of Parma as a Facilities Coordinator working with their local Facilities team and having close contact with the UK office. This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in facilities or real estate who enjoys working in an organised, people-focused environment.The role is part of a small on-site team working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager. You&rsquo;ll maintain accurate asset data in Planon, support daily site coordination, and use your analytical skills to help inform decisions on the sustainability and long-term management of assets. What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul>
<li>Managing and updating asset data within Planon and the internal Information Management System.</li><li>Supporting the Facilities team to ensure coverage during commercial opening days (including some weekends).</li><li>Building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and service partners.</li><li>Preparing operational reports and metrics for management.</li><li>Identifying issues, helping resolve them, and contributing to risk mitigation.</li><li>Assisting with the review of risk assessments and method statements.</li><li>Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in facilities operations.</li></ul>

What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul>
<li>Around 12 months&rsquo; experience in facilities management or a similar real estate environment.</li><li>Understanding of assets typical of a retail or commercial setting (buildings, equipment, services).</li><li>Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or commercial environments is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Planon or another FM/CMMS platform.</li><li>Awareness of safe systems of work.</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian language skills are naturally important for daily operations.</li></ul>
