This role will be mainly dealing with Dutch contracts, therefore fluency in both English and Dutch is essential.Working with a global team, this vacancy is available to be based in England, Republic of Ireland or Holland.The role:<ul>
<li>Supporting the contract process, review and evaluate changes.</li><li>Proactively identifying differences, gaps and inconsistencies in company specifications within contracts or requests from the Sales team.</li><li>Hybrid setting, 2x per week in the office.</li><li>Working on a team of 3 in the contracts department.</li></ul>

<li>Fluent English, written and spoken.</li><li>Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.</li><li>Contract administration experience in B2B services.</li><li>General understanding of standard contract provisions, e.g. liability, confidentiality, indemnification, etc.</li><li>Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills related to drafting and modifying contractual documents in Dutch.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.</li></ul>
