Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Bilingual French / English Corporate Law Legal Assistant (Paralegal) to join a team comprising a partner, an associate lawyer, and two legal assistants at their central Paris office.Candidates must have significant experience as a Corporate Law Legal Assistant (Paralegal) and be fluent in both English and French.Key responsibilities (managing a portfolio of 80&ndash;100 companies)<ul>
<li>Drafting corporate documentation</li><li>Completing legal formalities</li><li>Maintaining company registers</li><li>Conducting legal research</li></ul>
Candidate profile:<ul>
<li>Law degree or equivalent higher education in law</li><li>Experience as a Paralegal in Corporate Law</li><li>Significant professional experience in Corporate Law portfolio management</li><li>Experience in exceptional restructuring operations</li><li>Fluent in English and French</li></ul>
Compensation and benefits:<ul>
<li>Annual salary: &euro;55,000&ndash;&euro;60,000 gross, depending on experience and expertise (paid over 13 months)</li><li>&ldquo;Cadre&rdquo; status</li><li>Fixed monthly schedule of 165 hours with 10 RTT days per full calendar year</li><li>Lunch vouchers</li><li>Supplementary retirement savings plan</li><li>Option to work remotely after 6 months of seniority</li></ul>
