DACH - Sales Account Manager - Remote - in the UK or Germany &pound;60K-&pound;65K base &pound;80K OTE&nbsp;We have a brand new exciting remote Account Executive role for the DACH Market. You will form part of their established Sales team for Germany &amp; Austria. Our client, a leading and successful e-learning software provider, is looking to appoint an experienced proven full sales cycle expert within the software field. You can be based either in Germany or the UK remotely with the availability to travel throughout the DACH market at 5 times a month. You will be meeting clients, presenting, performing demos and closing deals!&nbsp;Some key responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, leveraging the company's established presence in the DACH region to drive continued business growth.</li><li>Consistently achieve or exceed new business sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, effectively advancing opportunities through the sales cycle to meet quarterly revenue objectives.</li><li>Conduct proactive daily outreach, scheduling high-quality meetings and product demonstrations to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.</li><li>Deliver engaging product presentations, both virtually and in person, to researchers, faculty members, and academic librarians.</li><li>Apply market knowledge and industry insights to develop strategic account plans that support revenue growth and sales performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, execute team initiatives, and support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.</li><li></li></ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Minimum of three years' experience in sales, ideally within EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years full sales cycle Sales or potential established SDR's and BDR's looking to move into an AE role may be considered, depending on length of experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers while expanding existing accounts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively both in person and virtually.</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.</li><li>Willingness to travel at least two days per week.</li></ul>

Reporting to the team leader, the main function is to act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer, for all aspects of service and Customer Care.Some of your core responsibilities will involve:- Delivering a high standard of service to all aspects of the business- Assist in customer order fulfilment activities such as taking orders, giving information, determining delivery dates, identify appropriate shipping methods, rates .-Liaising with all company department staff with a view to continuously improving processing and delivery times of customer orders.- To handle and resolve customer complaints/enquiries in a timely and accurate manner -&nbsp;-Timely delivery of solutions which match the customer&rsquo;s needs and meet their objectives.
