About&nbsp;You<ul>
<li>Fluent&nbsp;in&nbsp;German&nbsp;and&nbsp;English&nbsp;(written&nbsp;and&nbsp;spoken).</li><li>Degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;computer&nbsp;science&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;related&nbsp;field,&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;professional&nbsp;experience.</li><li>Prior&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;software&nbsp;support&nbsp;role.</li><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Windows,&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;Server,&nbsp;M365,&nbsp;and&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;application&nbsp;administration.</li><li>Understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;relational&nbsp;databases&nbsp;and&nbsp;software&nbsp;deployment&nbsp;tools.</li><li>Experience&nbsp;providing&nbsp;training,&nbsp;mentoring,&nbsp;or&nbsp;upper-level&nbsp;support&nbsp;to&nbsp;colleagues&nbsp;is&nbsp;an&nbsp;advantage.</li><li>Experience&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;users&nbsp;across&nbsp;a&nbsp;large,&nbsp;multi-office&nbsp;environment&nbsp;is&nbsp;desirable.</li></ul>
