<li>Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a desire to deliver excellent experiences</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Confident communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or claims handling is an advantage, but not essential</li><li>Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn</li></ul>
