Growth Marketing Manager &ndash; Marketplace &amp; Commercial PerformanceWe are recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of an international food-tech marketplace business in France.We are looking for someone with relevant experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading or e-merchandising, with hands-on responsibility for improving commercial performance through pricing, promotions, merchandising and data analysis.Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of the French market within an international and fast-moving environment.What you'll be doing<ul>
<li>Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase orders and conversion</li><li>Analyse customer behaviour, sales data and commercial performance</li><li>Develop and optimise pricing, promotions and merchandising initiatives</li><li>Improve the visibility and performance of products, offers or menus across digital platforms</li><li>Support launches and growth initiatives in the French market</li><li>Test new ideas, measure results and continuously optimise performance</li><li>Work closely with international Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams</li></ul>
What we're looking for<ul>
<li>Fluent French and English</li><li>4+ years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce trading, e-merchandising or a closely related commercial role</li><li>Hands-on experience managing or optimising pricing, promotions, assortment, menus or marketplace merchandising</li><li>Proven ability to use commercial data to improve orders, conversion, revenue or average order value</li><li>Experience within food delivery, marketplaces, QSR (quick-service restaurants) or high-volume e-commerce would be particularly relevant</li></ul>
