Permanent hiring trends (UK & Europe)

•    Strong demand for Sales roles, with German and French still the dominant languages, especially in London.
•    Across the UK regions (outside of London), Customer Service hiring remains active, with rising demand for Dutch and Spanish, and German still the strongest language overall.
•    Growth across Admin, Facilities and HR roles in London and Germany.
•    Continued demand for PA/Admin roles in London and the Middle East, with no slowdown despite the Iran conflict.
•    Agility pays: while many cost-conscious companies are taking risk aversion to the extreme, seeking the “perfect fit”, more agile businesses that are willing to develop talent have made positive hiring decisions, strengthening their teams for the future. 

Temporary hiring trends

•    Market Research and Translation remain the busiest temp areas, with roles largely remote.
•    Strong growth in temporary Admin needs, mainly London based as more companies return to office focused working.
•    Highest language demand: German and Asian languages, with growing interest in French and Scandinavian languages for short term and project based work.
