Our client is an international business operating at the intersection of AI, data analytics and maritime expertise, helping ocean industries improve efficiency, strengthen compliance and support more sustainable operations.

They are currently looking to hire a Bid Manager to join their Sales team.

Reporting directly to the Bid & Partnerships Team Leader, this role will focus on developing the international public and private tender pipeline. The successful candidate will ensure that all submissions are complete, compliant and commercially competitive, while also taking ownership of the partnerships required to support tender eligibility and co-bidding activities, including consortium partners, accredited bodies and technical collaborators.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission and clarification stages
  • Drive early opportunity identification and strategic positioning in collaboration with the bid team and Business Development Managers
  • Ensure all submissions are compliant, commercially competitive and aligned with the wider business strategy
  • Coordinate pricing, commercial terms, submission approach and the partner ecosystem required for eligibility or technical compliance
  • Provide management with regular visibility on tender pipeline, performance and partnership activity

Key profile:

  • Good understanding of public and private procurement processes
  • At least 5 years of experience in bid management
  • Experience in offshore, fisheries, maritime, energy, environmental or other regulated industries
  • Fluent English

Salary and benefits:

  • Base salary of up to €60,000 depending on experience
  • Discretionary performance-based bonus
