<li>Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for European entities, ensuring full US GAAP and statutory compliance.</li><li>Oversee accounting close processes and lead end-to-end audits for ~15 European entities.</li><li>Serve as key contact for auditors, tax advisors, accounting firms, and local authorities.</li><li>Drive process improvements, internal control strengthening, and automation initiatives across the region.</li><li>Take a hands-on approach to daily finance operations.</li><li>Lead and develop a small finance team and collaborate with FP&amp;A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations.</li><li>Contribute to EMEA-wide finance transformation projects and support internal M&amp;A activities (integration, due diligence, compliance).</li></ul>
Key Requirements<ul>
<li>Proven experience in controllership / accounting / audit within an international environment.</li><li>Solid knowledge of an European GAAP plus local statutory requirements and an accounting qualification.&nbsp;US-GAAP knowledge is a strong asset.</li><li>Experience with multi-entity, multi-country environments (ideally within EMEA).</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written) and any additional European language is a plus (German/Dutch/French)</li></ul>
