Are you a trilingual professional passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales processes in a dynamic, international environment? Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join their growing Lisbon office and play a key role in supporting business operations across Portugal, Brazil, Spain, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing advice and quotes across a diverse software portfolio.

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

  • Accurately input customer data into Salesforce and maintain records relating to sales and invoicing.

  • Check purchase order accuracy and liaise with clients to obtain missing information.

  • Work closely with Orders and Accounts Teams to complete sales processes.

  • Support the management of customer maintenance support agreement renewals.

  • Assist with tender preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with customer and regional regulations.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager (Portugal & Brazil) to share feedback and align on business goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, maintaining accurate knowledge of sales targets.

  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business by adding value across teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and either Spanish or French (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Flexibility to travel to Portugal, Brazil, and Spain for client meetings and industry events.
