Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Greater Birmingham Area (hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £30,000 p/annum depending on experience

 

Our industry-leading client is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their multinational team!

In this role, you’ll be assisting customers with any queries and advising them regarding any issues and complaints. This is a highly collaborative role dealing with a broad range of queries and issues across legislation, financial assistance, and more.

As the French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Act as the primary liaison for French speaking partners and clients, overseeing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operational support from first contact to ongoing collaboration.
  • Guide customers in French territories through the complete onboarding journey, offering tailored assistance and expertise at each phase.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer-related tasks across borders, contributing to both French and broader international support functions when needed.

Who we’re looking for:

We’d love to connect with French speaking candidates who are fluent to a native level in both French and English. We’re looking for candidates with previous customer service experience, ideally in an office environment.

You’ll have outstanding communication skills, be a team player, have a can-do-attitude and be excited to take on a varied workload!
