Dutch-speaking Sales Executive – New Business | Utrecht

For an established international B2B services organisation, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the Dutch market.

This is a hands-on, new business sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, meeting clients and closing deals. Based in Utrecht, you will report directly to the Country Manager and play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across the Netherlands. 

You will have real ownership of your market, a strong international brand behind you, and the opportunity to directly contribute to commercial growth. 

The role

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching and winning new B2B clients across multiple sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to client meetings, proposals, negotiation and closing.

You will also build relationships with strategic partners, introducers and relevant market contacts to support further business development.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys autonomy, client contact and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and win new B2B clients across the Dutch market
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, networking and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Sell B2B service solutions through a consultative and value-led approach
  • Develop relationships with partners, consultants and market introducers
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to support growth in the Netherlands

Candidate profile

  • Native or bilingual Dutch, with fluent English
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, new business or consultative selling
  • Strong hunter mentality and confidence in approaching new prospects
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
  • Results-driven, proactive and resilient
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders

Salary & benefits

  • Salary up to €51,000 gross per year, depending on profile and experience
  • €600 monthly car allowance
  • Uncapped commission structure
