EMEA Payroll Manager – Belgium-based
Our client is an international company with a strong European footprint. They are looking to hire an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join their team in Belgium.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with ownership of payroll operations across several EMEA countries. You will play a key part in ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, on time and in line with local compliance requirements, while working closely with HR, Finance, local teams and external payroll providers.
You will also guide and support a payroll specialist, helping to create a reliable, collaborative and efficient payroll function across the region.
The company is looking for a payroll expert who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, supporting others and staying close to the operational detail of international payroll.
