Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE + Benefits

Working Pattern: Full-Time, Office-Based (37.5 hours per week)

The Opportunity

Our client, a successful international organisation operating within the education and franchise sector, is seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator to support its continued expansion across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and onboarding of prospective franchise partners.
• Coordinate and deliver information sessions, presentations and orientation meetings.
• Manage franchise candidates through the development process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Assist with market research, territory planning and location analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support business planning and pre-opening activities for new franchise locations.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, events and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple countries to support business growth initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve franchise development activities.

Candidate Profile

We are keen to hear from professionals who have:

• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in business development, franchise support, recruitment, sales coordination, account management, customer success or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business growth.
• Experience within franchising, education, training or multi-site operations would be advantageous.
