Our client is a growing international business entering a new phase of structuring and expansion.
They are now looking to hire an HR Director to help build a stronger, more scalable and internationally aligned people function.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will play an important role in supporting growth, reinforcing HR foundations, and helping the business operate with greater consistency across countries.
This is a key hire for someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level, and who can support leadership teams while ensuring that the HR function remains robust, compliant and fit for further development.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the HR roadmap across organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, career development and leadership capability, in line with business priorities and international growth.
- Lead employee relations and legal governance, including CSE matters, labour law topics, complex individual and collective cases, and compliance with French employment regulations and broader international HR frameworks.
- Structure compensation and internal equity frameworks, formalise HR policies with the right balance between global consistency and local adaptation, and support international mobility and cross-border employment set-ups.
- Oversee and strengthen HR operations, processes and systems across the employee lifecycle.
Profile:
- Significant experience in senior HR leadership roles in a scale-up, high-growth or evolving international environment
- Fluent French and English
- Strong and practical command of French labour law and social dialogue
- Exposure to multi-country HR management and international workforce structuring
- Strong operational mindset, with the ability to improve processes, tools and day-to-day HR reliability
Salary & Benefits :
- Up to €80,000 per annum depending on profile and experience
- Bonus based on individual and collective performance
