Role Purpose

To manage the international repatriation of deceased persons, ensuring all logistical, legal, and administrative requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound international repatriations.
  • Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and process all required documentation (death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms).
  • Arrange transport logistics, including flights and ground handling.
  • Provide clear, sensitive communication and support to families throughout the process.
  • Produce estimates and invoices; maintain accurate case records.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Ensure compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global partners and service providers.

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent to native in Spanish 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-critical cases.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and case management systems.
  • Desirable: experience in repatriation, logistics, aviation, or funeral services; foreign language skills.
