&nbsp;About You:<ul>
<li>Fluent to a native level in: German</li><li>Fluent level of English</li><li>Open to work on weekends if need be</li><li>Interpersonal skills, and passion for providing excellent customer service</li><li>Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication</li><li>At least one years experience providing customer support would be ideal - preferably in a software support environment</li><li>Experience with Zendesk is a bonus</li></ul>
