You will be responsible for driving delegate attendance to our leading conferences and events within the&nbsp;energy sector, which attract senior-level professionals from around the globe.You&rsquo;ll play a key role in generating revenue and ensuring high-quality participation by building strong relationships with decision-makers across oil &amp; gas, renewables, utilities, energy tech, policy, and investment.<div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div>
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Proactively sell delegate passes via phone, email, and LinkedIn to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Identify and engage decision-makers and professionals across the energy industry.</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and other platforms.</li><li>Clearly communicate the value proposition of attending the event, tailored to individual job roles, companies, and sectors.</li><li>Understand delegate personas and stay updated on key energy sector trends to align the sales pitch effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager/Event Director.</li><li>Attend the event (domestically or internationally, as required) to support on-site operations and deepen industry knowledge.</li></ul>

Key Requirements<ul>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in delegate or sponsorship sales, preferably in B2B events or within the energy sector.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li><li>Interest in the energy industry (oil &amp; gas, renewables, hydrogen, etc.) and emerging technologies.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.</li><li>Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.</li></ul>
