Mandarin-Speaking IT Desk Support – 1-Year Contract

Pay rate: £33,300 per annum

A London-based financial institution is seeking an IT Desk Support professional for a 1-year contract role. The role is onsite and with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic IT team providing hands-on support in a corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for desktops, Windows systems, printers, phones, and other office IT equipment

  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Assist with system deployment, IT inventory, and basic user training

  • Support infrastructure projects and follow internal IT policies

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ IT support experience, ideally in financial services

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device maintenance

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSA, CCNA) are desirable but not essential.
