Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager - Temp to Perm
Are you a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for customer service and relationship building?
Euro London are working with a leading CX company who are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This role sits within the automotive industry, supporting Dutch speaking customers and helping them get the most from innovative products and services.
In this varied role, you'll be the go-to contact for customers, providing outstanding support, resolving queries, delivering product guidance, and building long-term relationships that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach
