Are you passionate about fairness, integrity, and making workplaces safer, more inclusive, and more supportive?We&rsquo;re looking for a Lead Investigator to join a People Relations team for a 12 month temp contract.The Lead Investigator role will sit within a team of workplace investigators and will be working for a leading global media and entertainment company.&nbsp;&nbsp;The role itself:&nbsp;<ul data-start="660" data-end="1424">
<li data-start="660" data-end="867">
Lead investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, bullying, discrimination across a wide range of business areas.&nbsp;</li><li data-start="868" data-end="1029">
Ensure investigations are conducted with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness, while adhering to EU, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies.</li><li data-start="1030" data-end="1169">
Partner closely with legal, HR, security, and inclusion teams to resolve complex employee relations cases&nbsp;with integrity and insight.</li><li data-start="1282" data-end="1424">
Support the Senior Director by mentoring other investigators, allocating cases, and enhancing investigation processes across the region.</li></ul>
What we are looking for:&nbsp;<ul data-start="1450" data-end="2046">
<li data-start="1450" data-end="1571">
Experienced Employment Investigators - ideally 5 years +</li><li data-start="1450" data-end="1571">
Deep understanding of&nbsp;employment law&nbsp;and people policies across the EMEA region.</li><li data-start="1659" data-end="1782">
A natural communicator with the ability to handle sensitive matters with compassion, discretion, and professionalism.</li><li data-start="1871" data-end="1980">
Comfortable working remotely and flexibly, supporting colleagues and cases across different time zones.</li><li>An additional European language would be beneficial for the role</li></ul>
