You'll play a key role in supporting customers across Sweden and Denmark, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging and solution-focused. The role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers across multiple channels, delivering a first-class experience and helping to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media
• Managing customer enquiries, orders, feedback and service-related issues
• Delivering personalised and empathetic customer experiences
• Building strong relationships and acting as a brand ambassador
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Sharing customer feedback and insights with wider teams
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and fast-paced international environment

About you:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
• Strong Danish language skills with at least professional working proficiency
• Fluent English communication skills
• Previous customer service, customer support or customer-facing experience
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A positive, team-oriented attitude whilst being comfortable working independently
• UK Right to Work
