<li>Answer incoming phone calls and emails from German speaking customers regarding order entry, tracking and product stock levels</li><li>Be responsible for purchase order requests and entry, administration, quotations, and technical advice and assistance regarding products</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge regarding products</li><li>Be responsible for the German speaking market, ensuring a customer-first, proactive approach</li><li>And more</li></ul>
&nbsp;Who we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul>
<li>Native-level German speaker with fluent English</li><li>Experience in a high-level technical customer service environment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments</li><li>Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems</li><li>Experience in process improvement</li><li>You&rsquo;re a great communicator and problem solver with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information to customers</li></ul>
