Our client, a leading economic consulting firm, is looking to recruit a bilingual French / English Recruitment Adviser to support their offices in Europe and Asia.&nbsp;Candidates must have experience in an in-house recruitment role and have had responsibility for data analysis and reporting within a recruitment function.The position can be located in the Paris, Brussels or London office.You will recruit for consulting and business support functions and will have responsibility for headcount reporting, recruitment forecasting, workforce analysis, and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.This role sits within a seven-person team covering HR, Recruitment, and Learning &amp; Development. Profile Required:<ul>
<li>Experience supporting recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.</li><li>Experience working with headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or talent data.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends.</li><li>Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.</li><li>Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Lama and Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel would be advantageous.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English and French</li></ul>

You will support a wide range of office and facilities activities, from managing supplies, catering and meeting rooms to coordinating maintenance requests, mail and couriers.There is some interaction with external suppliers and building management, but this is primarily an office support and facilities coordination role, rather than a senior facilities or office management position.Key Responsibilities<ul>
