Our client, a leading SaaS company for M&amp;A activity in financial institutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to promote their solution and support the Sales Directors for the DACH region.This role suits candidates who are Trilingual German / English / Polish and looking to start a career in sales. Ideal for recent graduates or candidates with initial experience in a sales role.&nbsp;You will sell to top tier investment banks, as well as large Corporates and Private Equity Funds. You will sell on the phone to Financial Analysts &amp; Associates as well as professionals in M&amp;A and Finance.Your main focus will be researching the market, qualifying potential new business and booking sales meetings for the Directors. If successful, you can transition into a full sales professional within 12 to 18 months.&nbsp;Role based in central Frankfurt, reporting to Sales Director. <li>Inside Sales Role covering primarily DACH, but also CEE &amp; Nordics</li><li>Generating leads, via cold calling, email and social media</li><li>Booking physical and online meetings for Sales Directors and Senior Sales Associates</li><li>Researching potential new accounts and qualifying the opportunities</li><li>Creating and maintaining account maps and plans for target accounts</li><li>Initiating and organising network events for clients and prospects</li><li>Proactively providing input to sales and marketing teams on recent deals</li><li>Holding presentations, demonstrating and selling the products to potential clients</li><li>Developing and maintaining client relationships</li><li>Preparing and submitting sales proposals</li></ul>
&nbsp;Profile<ul>
<li>Affinity for the sales process and dynamics, ambition to grow in sales role.</li><li>Fluent German, Polish &amp; English essential</li><li>Recent business graduate / relevant work experience, ideally sales related.</li><li>Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build a rapport with clients.</li><li>Proficient with using LinkedIn and other networking tools, as well as CRM tools, in particular SalesForce.</li><li>Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Our client is a well-established and growing accountancy practice based in Central London, providing accounting, audit and taxation services to a diverse portfolio of clients.They are seeking a highly organised, proactive and capable&nbsp;Practice Finance &amp; Office Manager&nbsp;to oversee the firm&rsquo;s internal finance function while supporting the day-to-day operational running of the office. This is a varied and responsible role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial management, practice administration and office coordination within a professional services environment.You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, supporting partners and staff, maintaining strong financial controls, and helping to create a well-organised and professional working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance &amp; Practice Management<ul>

Profile Required<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping, practice management or office management role</li><li>Experience within an accountancy practice is preferred, although candidates from other professional services environments will also be considered</li><li>AAT qualified or qualified by experience</li><li>Sound understanding of bookkeeping and financial management processes</li><li>Confident using accounting and office software systems</li></ul>
