HR Generalist – Bulgarian Speaking

An educational consultancy is seeking a Bulgarian-speaking HR Generalist to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a broad role covering all aspects of HR and recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Managing recruitment activities from sourcing to selection
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
  • Contributing to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bulgarian (spoken and written) is essential
  • Previous experience in HR and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
