I am currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented German speaking Business Developer to help fuel the company sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers and setting the foundation for strong sales conversations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and turning data into real business opportunities.

 

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, social media, and other channels

    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria

    • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, or other outreach methods

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

    • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target audiences and campaigns

    • Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team

    • Track and report on lead generation activity and performance metrics

    • Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging based on results

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Fluent to native level German. 
    • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role (preferred but not always required

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus

    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
