Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to contact attendees following events to gather valuable feedback on their experience. In this role, you will make outbound calls, ask structured questions, and accurately record responses to help clients understand event performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to event attendees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow a provided script to collect feedback on event satisfaction, organization, and overall experience
  • Accurately document responses and highlight key insights
  • Maintain a positive and engaging tone to encourage honest feedback
  • Meet daily call and data collection targets
