Leading the European market growth, this German or French Speaking Sales Lead will be London-based, on a hybrid model (2 days at home per week), and offers £70-80k base(+bonus and benefits).
They’re looking for someone to lead their European expansion, creating and owning partnerships with distributors and retailers in key markets; DACH and France. The opportunity to build and lead a team, take full P&L responsibility and be the face of the brand for your region is all here.
You’ll be a proven trailblazer who has opened doors and built amazing commercial partnerships with key distributors within FMCG (health and beauty, fitness/wellness or sustainable products a plus!). Data-driven - you’ll be able to react to market trends and conditions to build a successful regional strategy. An engaging storyteller - you’ll also bring outstanding communication and presentation skills in German or French as well as English. Growth focused – you’ll want the best for the products and position them for growth.
Rewards on offer start with a base salary between £70-80k dependent on experience and track record (bonus and benefits too) alongside the knowledge that you’re working with a great product with equally great intentions.
