Technical Trainer – Operations | Paris
We are recruiting a Technical Trainer – Operations for a fast-growing international company developing its activities in France.
This is a hands-on, field-based position combining training, operational support and quality standards.
You will regularly visit partner locations across Paris and the surrounding area to support operational teams, deliver practical training and ensure that processes and standards are implemented consistently.
You will work closely with internal teams and report to a Senior Manager.

You will work directly with partner teams across different locations, helping them implement new processes, maintain high standards and operate successfully.
As the business develops in France, the scope of the role will also grow, offering the opportunity to contribute to new launches and wider operational initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver practical, hands-on training to teams at partner locations
- Train teams on procedures, operational standards and relevant tools
- Support new launches and provide follow-up coaching where required
- Carry out operational and quality audits
- Assess site readiness, capacity and performance
- Work closely with internal teams to support successful implementation and continuous improvement
- Help identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, hygiene, safety and quality standards
- Travel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area, with wider travel as the business develops
What we’re looking for
- Fluent French and English
- At least 4 years’ experience in a senior culinary, food operations or similar hands-on operational role
- Previous experience managing, coaching or training teams
- Confident delivering practical training directly on site
- Strong understanding of operational, quality and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with different teams and environments
- Hands-on, adaptable and solution-oriented
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Right to work in France / EU
What they offer
- €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus
- 39-hour working week with RTT
