Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + Annual Bonus

Contract: Permanent, Fully Office-Based

Hours: Full-time or Part-time considered

 

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about recruitment? We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team in Chippenham and play a key role in helping shape the future of a fast-scaling business.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful hiring projects across the business, supporting everything from job posting and CV sifting to first-contact interviews and offer management. Whether you’re coming from an agency, in-house, or RPO background, this role gives you the chance to build real momentum in your recruitment career.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting high-impact hiring projects across multiple departments
  • Creating seamless, human candidate experiences
  • Representing the business during early-stage hiring interactions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver relevant insights and results
  • Helping to embed and optimise ATS processes and employer branding
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating offers efficiently and professionally

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Some recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or RPO) or strong potential to learn quickly
  • A passion for people and process, with great communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-driven
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
