I am currently working with a prestigious consultancy company, who are dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. They are now looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join the team and help then deliver exceptional experiences to all who walk through their doors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • First Impression: Be the warm and welcoming face of our company as you greet and assist visitors with a smile.
  • Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the relevant team members promptly.
  • Organizational Skills: Keep the reception area neat and organized, ensuring a professional and tidy environment.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and offer support in day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist based role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good typing skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
