German and English speaking Team Assistant Permanent

€55,000 – €65,000 DOE
Euro London is excited to be partnering with a highly respected international investment firm to recruit a proactive and personable Team Assistant for their Frankfurt office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least two years’ experience in a corporate environment who enjoys a varied, fast‑paced role and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You will be joining a small, close‑knit Frankfurt team of fewer than 10 people, while still being part of a large, global organisation, offering both a friendly local environment and international exposure.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while supporting the team with administrative, organisational and coordination tasks.
Typical duties will include, but are not limited to:
Team Support
- Managing diaries and scheduling internal/external meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Providing prompts and follow‑ups to ensure outstanding actions are completed
- Collecting and submitting expenses
- Handling incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- Printing, binding and preparing marketing materials
- Organising ad hoc team events
- Collating weekly meeting papers and distributing them
- Helping organise training sessions and maintaining attendance records
- Scheduling performance reviews and sending reminders
Office Support
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Ensuring shared spaces remain tidy and well‑presented
- Assisting with basic IT requests and coordinating with the IT team
- Recording, filing and tracking supplier invoices
- Uploading invoices and expenses into Concur
- Assisting with receipt and credit card reconciliation
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident multitasker able to prioritise effectively
- Articulate, well‑presented and professional
- Strong communication skills and polished telephone manner
- Positive, enthusiastic “can‑do” attitude
- Team player who is flexible and willing to support with ad hoc tasks
- Fluent German and strong English
