Location: Milton Keynes initially with hybrid and remote opportunities after training. 
Contract: Full-time, 6-month initial temporary contract

 


About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and fast-paced team on an initial 6-month temporary basis. This is a back-office focused role where you’ll help keep customer support processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be supporting a global customer support function by handling administrative tasks, managing data accurately and helping with refunds, returns, payments and dispute processes. If you enjoy working in an organised, detail-focused role and like being part of a team that solves problems, this could be a great fit.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day administration

  • Helping process refunds, returns and payment-related tasks

  • Assisting with dispute cases and ensuring information is logged correctly

  • Keeping records accurate and up to date in internal systems

  • Following clear processes to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Working closely with colleagues to support timely issue resolution

 

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with systems and data

  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

  • A positive, team-focused attitude

  • Confident communicator
