Salary: £30,000
Location: Milton Keynes initially with hybrid and remote opportunities after training.
Contract: Full-time, 6-month initial temporary contract
About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and fast-paced team on an initial 6-month temporary basis. This is a back-office focused role where you’ll help keep customer support processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be supporting a global customer support function by handling administrative tasks, managing data accurately and helping with refunds, returns, payments and dispute processes. If you enjoy working in an organised, detail-focused role and like being part of a team that solves problems, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day administration
Helping process refunds, returns and payment-related tasks
Assisting with dispute cases and ensuring information is logged correctly
Keeping records accurate and up to date in internal systems
Following clear processes to ensure everything runs smoothly
Working closely with colleagues to support timely issue resolution

Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with systems and data
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
