Job Description:
As a Delegate Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving delegate attendance and revenue generation for their events & exhibitions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive delegate sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential delegate leads through various channels, including industry databases, social media platforms, and direct outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders to secure delegate registrations.
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to convert leads into registered delegates.
- Providing exceptional customer service to delegates, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless registration process.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns to drive delegate registrations.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
